Friends of Moortown Park are now working with Moortown Community Group to put on a Moortown Festival this summer as a joint initiative to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of Leeds’ first Royal Charter. This will be held on Sunday 12th July, not 4th July as previously indicated. It will run from 2pm to 7pm. We are very much looking forward to bringing the community together for this special occasion, so please mark your diaries. We will provide more detail shortly.
